Weekly pictures

Here are some new pictures of Steven from the past week or so. Enjoy!

In this one, he is trying to get Oma to take him outside so he can "talk" to the horse. He makes horse sounds with Jackson and likes to watch Oma feed him. Oma may have a country boy on her hands. :-)
We have been teaching Steven to blow out a candle so he is ready for the big birthday in THREE WEEKS, so now he thinks all candles need his attention. I can't believe he is almost a year. *tear*

Steven likes to listen to music and dance. He loves being in charge of the volume!

In this one, I am getting ready to take my little man to the pool. He loves to swim. The last time we went to the pool he was sticking his head under water and he enjoyed falling into our arms from the edge. So far, no fears of H2O. In fact, I would say he is a little dare devil.

We try to give him practice feeding himself, and this is usually the way it ends up. Oh well! Bath time is after dinner.

Steven is obsessed with the dog dishes. Sometimes Matt and I are convinced that Steven thinks he is a dog. He drinks out of their water bowls when we aren't looking (or when we have a camera and can't stop him), he tries to eat dog food, and he follows the dogs around the house with toys in his mouth. It is hilarious!
