On Sunday, June 27th we celebrated Grant's baptism. It was a special day and we really appreciate our family for making it so special. Love and prayers, Matt, Charity, Steven, and Grant
Lord, surround this child with goodness; lead him in Your light each day.
Let him walk the path You’ve chosen; guide his steps along the way.
Teach him to trust Your wisdom and obey Your loving plan.
Keep him from all harm; protect him as he grows to be a man.
The mass was beautiful and Grant had fun... kidding! He screamed! :)
His baptism was by immersion, and although he loves to swim and bathe, he was not happy about getting dunked in water in the middle of church. I will never forget the special blessings of the day, but I will also remember the little scream that came out of his mouth. :)
Aunt Londa and Great Grandma Smith made it for the event.
Anthony and Felicia are Grant's very special Godparents.
A proud Oma and Opa enjoyed the day with their grandsons.
Quentin and Dakota had a fun time.
Londa was so great with the babies! She played with Grant and spent some time with Nicholas, too.
All six of the grandsons pose for a photo... total chaos! :)
