Time to play

Grant is at one of my favorite stages for newborns - he is incredibly interactive and he can use his hands to play with toys. It is so much fun to watch him!


He is becoming very coordinated when he plays with blocks and rattles and he can grasp everything in his reach (including my hair – ouch!).

He enjoys looking in the mirror.  He smiles and coos at his reflection.

Grant LOVES tummy time. If he gets bored or fussy, I just flip him over on his belly and he is content. He is very strong and he is already trying to move. He puts his head on the floor and pushes off with his legs to scoot. Sometimes he ends up with some red marks on his face, but he is determined to move! I may have my hands full with him when he starts crawling and walking!
